yep. cool car. there are pics of a triple black judge vert in the judges section.
Did it work before it was taken apart?
Also check the ground. You will see a metal tab on the (iirc) bottom right mounting bolt. Make sure it is clean. If repainted you have lost ground.
does the wiper transmissioin rotate freely by hand?
It been a few years since I did mine. Thats all I can think of now.
Hopefully a couple other guys will chime in and help.
