Again, I think $65.00 is still a bargain considering what could happen if you didn't have this service!

I can't speak for Mr. Mattison and to why prices were raised, but I would imagine that PHS business is WAY down since the advent of the web, and especially in the past 5 years or so. Most Pontiac invoices are now exchanged via e-mail, displayed in web forums, or shown on E-Bay.

Note : You should ALWAYS get a fresh PHS doc if you're interested in buying an old Pontiac to prevent people from doctoring or fabricating an invoice using their computer.
