Outer A/C box is done. I pretty much just disassembled everything, removed the original sticker with a heat gun, then cleaned, blasted, and repainted all the original parts (other than new blower motor) then reassembled.

I did use aersosol Plastidip to give the pipe gaskets a "new" look, and also cleared any of the cleaned bare metal surfaces. It had crack at the bottom where they beat it up installing headers at some point. One of my buddies fiberglass repaired that for me. I ended up using Duplicolor FB109 to refinish the exterior of the case. It is a dead-on match for the original finish, it blended in perfect.
