What is the recommended procedure/sequence for installing the dash pad?
I removed it with the harness still in the car, but I'm unsure if the harness should be secured to the dash with the plastic retainers first, then the entire assembly bolted up and then mount the fuse box, etc, OR, does the harness go in before the pad?
