I'd guess 8k to 12k based on what I've seen. Although that appears to be in nice driver condition, it needs a full resto to be really nice, after the resto it would only be worth 24,000.00 on a good day.
I'm not seeing the green showing through. Still, it's a very thorough conversion. The lower door carpet is black (and sun faded), floor mats (which would have been color keyed), IIIRC the dash and steering column are color keyed on a green interior as well. My point being that it was either a lot of masking or a complete interior swap - either way a lot of work...a real puzzler. Here's what it should look like if green:
