Maybe this is where he meant? Could be some dusty cob web that looks like a crack. The quarters don't look wavy like there is loads of bondo IMO. It would be much easier to tell if the car was
washed.
This wheel opening lip looks suspicious. Could that be fabbed in repair metal, or is that how OEM wheel lip is supposed to look?
