There's some kind of brass 90 on the top of it (thanks for the still btw). At first I kind of thought it might be an engine oil accumulator. Still not sure what it is, weird.
Doesn't really look to be anything in line in a heater hose with those threaded fittings.
The hose at LL looks like A/C but what runs to that can?
Dryer is the best guess I have at this point too.
