NPT as said is pipe threads. Most reulators and race pumps use either 3/8 or 1/2, the street pump you have listed uses 1/4".
So you will need a 1/4" NPT male to -6 adapter to go to the hose to the regulator. -6 ends on the hose to the regulator. Two 3/8 male NPT to -6 fitting for the inlet and outlet of the regulator. Female -6 ends to hook all the hoses up they come in different anlges depending how you want to route the hose.
You will need a 1/4 NPT to 3/8 fuel line hose to hook the pump to the chassis fuel line.
