You do know that is was Jim Wangers who proposed your Can AM. Ben Harrison pitched it to management and it was Jim's company, Motortown that built the cars. Brass never know Jim had anything to do with Motortown.
There was a show car based on the Lemans a few years earlier that ran around the streets of suburban Detroit called the "ALL AMERICAN" with simular striping of the Can Am.
