This odometer photo scares me. Odometers dont roll from left to right, they roll from right to left. There's no reason for the numbers to be caught between 85,696 and 76,696, especially when the SD registry lists the mileage at 80,000 back in the early 1990s.
bumper guards were separate, i'm pretty sure, but not 100 percent it was the body side moldings. wheel opening, door edge and hood/ fender edge were also separate options.

as far as odometer statements go, i view pretty much all of these cars as 100,000+ miles unless they are survivors with original paint and interiors etc. that can be looked at for wear and be determined to be factory original. all other low mileage statements are BS in my opinion.

I'm wrong on the above, body side moldings were also separate, and not Y95. THe only thing i can figure without looking into more literature is that it is a lower cost package of the body sides, wheel openings and door edge guards or some such combo. either that, or undercoating ;~)
