Neat car. I like it a lot. Very similiar to my SJ 370/auto but I have green vinyl.

I just spent a few bucks on exhaust, cooling, motor mounts, trans rebuild and gas sender, plus a few other things. (My pesky front main leak as actually FUEL PUMP coming loose...go figure) Just got the car out yesterday now that the roads are clear of salt and the usual dirt of winter. Last thing to fix is the hi idle not coming off quick enough.

3.23 very common on SJ. Just change the ac pulley bearing or take the belt off before a lot of highway running. We never seem to need ac very much in the mountains, guess that depends on how much you plan to use it. I finally got the tools to change the compressor bearing out, did one, fun task.

You may have to spend about $3k on it for all the stupid little stuff to get it reliable. My only suggestion is to replace just the rear springs. Will give it a real nice rake but may drag exhaust.
