Just got off the phone with Cardone. The 58-299 number is not for the pump with the new correct impeller. There will be a new number setup for the 8 bolt pump with the correct impeller. They don't have that number as of now, as I was told they are doing the retooling for the impeller. How close to done I'm not sure. They are having a meeting this week, possibly as late as Friday, and I will receive info by email on where they stand with this new impeller and the part number for the pump.

If anyone orders the 58-299 pump you will still get the 8 bolt pump with the incorrect shaved down impeller blades. I appologise as I thought this was the new part number. My new pump came in a box with this number but it had the new impeller in it. They do have some of these pumps at the plant but it would take hours go look for one.
