I'll throw a name out there to get this started. Harris Engine and Grinding 281-458-7696.
They don't do head porting but do head machining, anything to a block including line hone on the large main blocks. As a bonus, the guy that does the block machining spent ten years working on Pontiac's. The price is reasonable, they do good work, but time can be a problem. They are busy, so you may have a wait depending on circumstances at the time you need yours done. I'm sure you'll get other suggestions, this is just one option.
