I live in Pasadena and took my 400 block over to Houston Engine and Balancing. Simple clean up, and bore/hone with torque plate. Hard people to deal with, won't return calls, and the engine was absolutely filthy on the inside when I got it back.
Stay away, go to Owens in Pearland.
