Well, where do I begin? The repairman came out this morning and put 3 lbs of freon in my 6 lb system. It is cooling but I am looking at replacing the system sometime in the months ahead. He told me that it might last until the cold weather. When we turn the heat on the A-coil in the attic will be under pressure and that is most likely where the leak is. I hope and pray that it lasts that long.
Now, about the car. I ordered parts from PY for the top and rollers for both quarter windows. I also ordered the windshield trim clips and repair studs from another vendor.I will update totals when I receive everything.
My buddie's 57 is almost done. The trim man has to cover the sunvisors and the painter has to touch up a few spots and buff the car out. Then it will be ready to come home. I plan on taking mine when we go to pick it up.
