Ill second what Steve said, I had a 3 core as well and went to get it re-cored into a 4, and the guy said the same thing, the cores are bigger and more fins. Then he said I could buy a reproduction off shore 4 core that looks correct for the same price as a re- core.
so I bought it and love it, but I also run a good size tranny cooler in front of it, and no AC, "yet"
