My answer.... Yes. As far as I've seen on any GTOs I've had, and my first GTO was Turquois inside. The seat panels were all flat Turquois.

Maybe others might disagree with me, but that's the way it is as far as I've seen. SEM Turquois would be correct and it's flat. Or at the least maybe a bit of gloss in it, but very very little..... 10% if any. Gloss like the sides of the dash, tops of the doors inside, and rear inside above the rear panels.... No.
