Just remember that any wagon specific parts will be harder to find, so basically everything from the doors back. Trim isn't as critical, but also tough to find.
If the spare tire area is solid like they said, that is a good sign as when the fixed windows started leaking it ran in there and usually rotted it away. Look up under the rockers also as you won't see rust bubbling through behind the big wide trim.
