alright, there was a huge black and yellow-striped spider that made a web in front of my only path to the hood, so i didn't mess with that, but i managed to unlock the glove box and found the last registration. i now know the address and name of the guy i need to talk to to get the car. according to the registration, he's 66 years old, so this could be very easy or very difficult. progress has been made!
