The dumb f@#% tow truck operator that came to pick up the goat yesterday to take her BACK to the body shop (so they can re-paint the cowl the proper black instead of the Lucerne blue they painted it, and hang the doors) shows up and backs into the driveway and gets out, I opened the garage to reveal the GTO all shiny and half way built with no response from the Bozo. He stood there and watched me struggle to push the car out of the garage while steering at the same time. I inched the car to the edge of the tilted bed and he swings these huge metal hooks onto the flatbed like a sack of potatoes. I explained to him that we didn’t want any scratches on the finishes we have worked so hard to achieve. He says, "I don’t got nothing to protect it." So I run into the garage to get some rags or something, I come back out and he already has both hooks on the front lower control arms, I make him undue them and insert rags which must have pissed him off, he winched it onto the flatbed and he throws the rear hook around the rear axle housing almost smashing the new in-line tube brake line, stuffs the chain into the bed hole and pulls the winch tight, stretching the car from a$$ hole to elbows. Then, without looking, he levels out the bed and stuffs the top of the car into the pine tree he was parked next to and jumps into his truck. I run to the driver’s window and let him know the car is in the tree and to carefully pull out to the left, he gives me a dirty look and blasts down the driveway while my 19 year old daughter was grabbing at branches to keep them off the new paint. My daughter and I jump into my car and proceed to follow him the whole way to the body shop. The way this guy drove with our baby on the back of flatbed, you would have thought he had a 1976 Pinto on there. What an ass-hat! I was fuming when we got to the body shop and I let my body shop guy know how I felt about the whole situation and how lucky they all were that there was no damage. (They arranged this ass-hat) How can you not be pissed off in this kind of situation?
With so much at stake I think that I would send him back empty and then proceed to call the body shop to send someone more responsible.
