Good info Tom- do you know what that BG intake flows compared to factory iron?
The BG "Six Shooter" Intake Sucks out of the box. For me personally, the first "Six Shooter" intake I bought did not fit, (:>( as the fasteners did not clear the intake ports properly in some spots. Carbs would not bolt down either.

I talked to BGTECH and he had me sent the intake back and he made it right (NEW 3rd generation intake). No complaints whatever with BGTECH. That being said, the BG intake
communication ports (internally) were way undersized and the ports were somewhat different sized. Probably like some of the latest 66 Rochester TRI-POWER aluminum intakes. The two "1st run" 66 Rochester TRI-POWER intakes I have are very nice.

So as I said I had Dave Wilcox work over the BG Unit. Should work well now and hopefully will flow as well as Slowbird's dad's Ported cast Iron Intake.
