Found 2 low mile GTO's, choose miles, or dollars?

Located two 2006 GTO's, both my favorite color, Spice Red. One car is listed at $18K, the other at $22K. The first car has 10K miles, the latter 3K miles.
Both checked out fine had them taken to a GM Dealer's service bays for inspection. Carfaxed both, all check out.
Anyhow, would you trade miles for dollars? There is a 7K miles difference, the 3K car is $4K more.
