It's cooler outside now, which helps, but I'm determined to improve my '66 temps before next summer. If Cardone comes through, I'll put in their "correct" impeller 8-bolt and use my old divider plates (unless someone makes correct contoured new plates by then).

If they don't, what do people recommend fits better with the Flowkooler pump...old plates, new SS plates? If the latter, who has replacement plates that work with it, do they require hammering, how well will the contour mate to the Flowkooer impeller, etc? If the old plates, will they require tweaking on contour for the Flowkooler?

Or, does anyone recommend another option?
