Cool Well...

I suppose there are good AND bad in all makes. I see S-10 pickups and Blazers with up to 400K miles frequently. Tried the Toyota thing myself with a Camry...which ran fine but I was told that @ 40k...timing belt would most likely go taking most of the valves with it. When is the last time anyone has seen a rust-free Datsun? I have a new Terrain...and love it. My dad has a new Impala...and loves it. My son has a new Malibu...second one...and loves it! My son has two Chevy vans and a Chevy pickup that his business relies on. I'm sorry...you'll simply have a hard time convincing me that GM doesn't build quality vehicles. If you really want to buy Japanese or Korean or whatever...have at it. Just don't flaunt your ignorance by trying to convince satisfied GM owners that their vehicles are no good. Besides...not doing much to help the recovery of America, either. All I ask. BTW...what's out there for under $100k that can out-perform a Calloway Corvette? Yeah...that's what I thought. Ron
