I smoked 16lbs of pork Sunday for a World Series watching party (GO RANGERS!) and it came out great. My wife is a huge fan of the pulled pork. I like it too, but I'm a Texas boy so I prefer a good brisket. I've also been doing a few chickens lately which come out good. I love using my smoker!
