My favorite daily is a tie between the '62 Bonneville I have been piloting since '02 and the '62 Catalina I bought in '91 for $230 at a swap meet. Viva la DarkSide.
...slightly O/T but I have a couple of followup comments:
-to kevin k's first post here: I agree that it's too bad people don't have a fun car for daily purposes. You certainly don't need an expensive car to have it be FUN.
-to goatwgn's first post here: speaking as a salt-belt resident who wheels in a '62 year round, using an older car your daily driver makes sense (and CENTS, as in cheaper to repair, no car payment) and has STYLE. To me, STYLE = FUN.
