Copper has gone up dramatically & replacenent radiators seemed to have too. About 7 years ago, I had six Pontiac 4 core radiators re-cored locally. The cost was $160 a piece. At the time, my cost of a replacement 4 core Desert Cooler was around 259-289.

For the average driver, local show car, i really wouldnt worry about the radiator having original Harrison tanks. For point judged cars, it's a must, its easy to spot the replacements, even if they have the repo tags on them.

When it comes to '69, 70, & 71-72 fanshrouds, there are definitely 3 core & 4 core versions.
