For $11000 canadian, there is no way I would go that route.
And if you do then you get into the vin issues, which if you do a search there is a lot of opinions on. I was heavily into 69 Mustangs when dynacorn first released their Mustang shells.
Fix the body you already have. Much simpler. And either way you will still need the new fenders, hood, trunk lid, etc.
