Todd, it's all about the caliper bracket. If you use a GM caliper bracket, you'll be able to run 14" wheels. If you go aftermarket, that bracket will rub inside the wheel. I've done it on a 68 Camaro. That is I machined the spindle's top bolt boss .615" for it to become a disc brake spindle, installed GM back plates (you can buy repro, they cost next to nothing but are kind of thin), installed used GM caliper brackets, bought calipers and rotors and 72 Monte Carlo brake hoses (Yes, 72 Monte Carlo)at the local auto parts store. I bought a booster/MC/proportionning valve from inlinetube.com.
