As far as the carbon headers, that was something that I thought alot about. I was worried to death about the money it was gonna cost in material, then me tacking everything up and paying someone to weld them up. It made me sick to my stomach to be honest.

Then Travis Q told me stainless wasn't mandatory and he runs carbon steel headers alot and doesn't have any trouble. That made for lots of room for other parts of the project.

As of right now, it looks like I will have under $200 in material and we will be able to build them and weld them up myself. So, that leaves some room for buying collectors and what not. And Tom I agree about the slotting of the holes.
