Find where you want it in relation to OE ride hieght and call Coil Spring specialties. They build a quality unit in house and are a supplier to other companies that retail springs. The last time I checked they were significantly cheaper than Eaton Detroit on the project I was building.
Turn around time was 3 weeks a month or so back on a custom rate and hieght application.
