finally had to start bugging the guy to go ahead and finish the print on the bezel
so he finished it up this morning. there were a couple of little spots that didnt turn out so good but its cool. the first pic shows the base coat which is a mix of brown and burgady. then came the gold carbon fiber finish, then came the black outlines, then came clear coat and buffing. i think it looks great!! after a few hours of putting it back together today, i will get to put the wheel back in and test the gauges. we were gonna do the same thing to the glove box door vinyl and the corner piece vinyl but while removing the gbd piece, it cracked and cant be used. so we will use some thin roofing tin and cut it to fit then finish it. i can wait on that a lil while tho.
