I've been displeased with this bank for a while. I opened an account back in the early/mid 1980's at a branch here when it was called F&M bank. Then it was Sovran, then Nationsbank, now Bank of America-which sucks.
This finalizes my decision. I am closing out my accounts at the first of the year. They may not realize this or care, but they "offend" some people by not acnowledging Christmas. I am going to let them know about this as well.
