BTW - yes... I understand towing... weather conditions etc..... I also understand oblivious inconsideration.... my basis is a clear dry sunny day...... people driving too slow in the fast lane... busy 2 lane roads that aren't really safe to pass on etc.... If someone wants to drive in the SLOW lane on a multi lane highway 5-10 mph under the posted speed limit... that is your business.... but please don't inconvience others....... its just plain rude.
