...friend of mine had eye surgery recently, lenses replaced and perfect vision, BUT, a side effect is "halo vision" while driving at night with city lights...so, he drives cautious and drives the speed limit, but sometimes a "teacher" comes up behind him and flashes the brights before he can complete a pass on the highway and blinds him to the point he can't do anything but slow down and hold on, which only irritates the "teacher" more and both drivers become distracted by the circumstance

...I drive many cars that are low to the ground and any car tailgating me, especially pick up trucks/Jeeps etc, blinds me to the point I can't see whats ahead of me without adjusting the mirrors to eliminate their lights...stay back and be courteous and thoughtful, the driver ahead of you not be holding you up on purpose, the "teacher" may be the biggest part of the problem
