Without Michael Anthony, they don't have the same background vocals. Michael did all the high harmonies, and without him, and probably because Eddie can't sing anymore with his throat problems he had, their background vocals sound like an entirely different band.

The riff in this song was lifted from the hit "Lit Up" by Buckcherry, which hit #1 in 1999 on the U.S. Rock Charts. As for the video, it looks like a dated version of "Jump" from 1984.

They should have called the album "Clutching At Straws", or "Milking It One More Time". I would have suggested "Stick A Fork In Us", but I reserved that album title for the last Metallica album "Some Kind Of Monster" that flopped.

What's interesting is that Alice In Chains (who actually opened for Van Halen in the early 90's) brought in a new lead singer a couple years ago, and they actually created some decent music, derivative of their old stuff, but new enough to make it interesting.

Sammy Hagar and Michael Anthony have to be sharing a tequila about now, laughing their asses off, along with Jason Newstead....
