Not sure how this post should be taken?? is he complaining or complementing?? If he expects a head out of the box to automaticly give power gains eh havnt seen that happen to often. Most heads dont care if CNC'd or not still need some finishing work or more to get optimum performance from my experiance building motors. Dont care if it Chevy,Pontiac,Dodge, etc.. or and Aftermarket company.I really dont look at #'s if a guy states a head will give a HP improvment, cuase it all depends on the total Package. a cylinder head is not a magic wand for HP.

Have had enough customers thru my doors with parts expecting to get a #. and when they dont get pissed. It's the sum of the parts and how they work together. All builders can do when confronted with this situation is make recommendations if the guy supplying the parts dont want the extra work done, then they get what they pay for.
