I went to my local DuPont jobber and had them mix me up a pint of Nason Fulthane Single Stage Urethane. It's a Chrysler Charcoal, Code AA9 , Year 1982 - B8270 IB. I don't have any wheels around here with good original paint so I don't know how close it is to perfect, but I do like the way my wheels turned out - if that helps. If you just get a pint, that's plenty to do 4 wheels and cheap enough to try/discard if you don't like it.

(The silver I used is also a Nason SS Urethane - GM 1969 Argent Silver - 9692 IB)
