2007 Tacoma crew cab, 6' bed, 111334 miles, 1 wheel bearing, 2 sets of brake pads, 2 sets of tires, 18mpg around town, 23 unloaded highway, 13.5 mpg as shown. Hard to beat but not really a heavy duty truck.
