Just use your existing spindles and grind mounting point down till the backing plate can sit flush. If you go in the Street section here in the Stickies there is a whole thread detailing the swap.
whatever you do..DO NOT buy the chinese backing plates/caliper mounting brackets.
I did that and the passenger side one flexes a little bit causing my piston to have to use more fluid, in turn causing me to need a larger bore master cylinder. (Which in my case with manual brakes makes the pedal effort harder)
moral, don't buy the Chinese stuff!
