Both times it was Arizonians, one parked so close my wife couldn't open the passengers door. Next time 3 way stop in a parking lot, I stop let the car go already sitting there, he starts to pull through, spikes the brakes for no apparent reason and then pulls through the intersection and flips me off ?????????????????????????????????????????????????? ?
