related to heat and need to retorque... I've found header bolts (and studded) that need retorque... for awhile... but then just didnt change after a point. I thought rust or corrosion but later tear down every thing is clean and barely rusted on outside...

Causes me to wonder if just pulling to tq spec after a few passes(not loosening and retorquing) you would hit a point eventually where it didnt change. Thoughts???

Maybe kills the studs before the gasket dies ???
