I just installed 2 9'x8' doors myself. Used the old tracks. Old doors UP, step ladders under them. Remove the springs. With a helper, lower the door in steps to the ground. Remove old doors section at a time. Install new doors section at a time. Have helper push them up. Reattach springs. This was with smaller doors and extension springs. The torsion bar springs are a whole different story, and I probably wouldnt mess with those myself.
