You probably intend to keep the car original, and if so, then repairing your existing rod(s) is probably the way to go. But if you intend to drive the car regularly you might want to consider going with the aftermarket rods from speed direct. My linkage rods were worn out just like yours so I went with the aftermarket stuff, and it's the best seventy bucks I spent. It was an easy install and can be changed back to original easily. The replacement rods have heim joints and the clutch operation is so smooth now that it feels like a hydraulic clutch.
