Tom, does it seem like the road course times are a wash? The Camaro had higher lateral g's, but was a little slower on the road course. Then they said the Mustang brakes faded after lap 1, so the edge went to the Camaro by lap 2. It seems like if you had a couple NASCAR or Aussie Supercar drivers going at it, they'd be pretty much dead even.
The dragstrip was where the biggest difference was, and understandably so, with the Mustang have so much more horsepower than the Camaro. The 125 mph trap speed of the Mustang is downright silly. That's a 10-second car with traction (I know folks have already accomplished this).
The technology of both cars is amazing.
