Unbroken. No cracks. Good inner flare with one (lower) mounting stud missing (outlined in pic). The stud hole is not broken out. It has the normal scuffs/rock chips on the bottom, which will either sandout or can be skimmed smooth. Nice OE part. $60 + shipping to your zip code.
