If you can make peak HP above 7500 RPM, approaching 8000 RPM .. > 1000 HP *should* be possible with 11 to 1 compression.

Ideally I'd want around .950 lift at the valve. If your heads have the CSA and run around 450 CFM or better on a flowbench? and intake/carb to match requirements.
