Default Saturday Mornings

From our Saturday gatherings. You have to remember many of these guys are form the industry so it is not your average cars.

First you have Mark Steilow's 1969 Camaro called the Red Devil. It is all over Youtube. You may have even seen the car in the Optima battery comercial. It is modern ZR-1 powered. Mark is a suspension engineer at the GM Proving Grounds and was on the Camaro and Corvette programs. Mark also wrote a book on the subject of building one of these.

There is a picture of a blue sports car. This car was built by Herb Adams. Herb was the guy who brought you the original Pontiac Trans Am and took his wives 1964 Tempest and went road racing with it. Herb left Pontiac Special Projects in 1973 after disputs with the new management over his 455 SD Trans Am program.

Then we have Ken Lingenfelter, Lingenfelter Engineering, who brings something new when he gets it. Like his FF this time.

How about a FX recreation that now on display at Walter P. Chrysler. It was street driven to the morning gathering.
