Wow -- 13k in machine work --sounds like there was a lot of --on the job training going on at your expense -- Look, a turbo engine is no harder build than any other engine - But it does take experience on knowing what tolerances to shoot for ect. For that kind of money id be asking for a very detailed invoice, was BES charging for fixing crap that was supplied to them ?? I dont think I have much more than that in my engine - including the parts - good luck
