No, there is not a parts listing for two balancers one for AC cars and one for non AC cars.
The cost effective solution would be to use the ring spacer on the non AC cars.
How ever I don't think it will make a difference as the mountings are being moved forward with custom spacers to line up with the Ford crank pulley.
Use or non-use of the spacer ring could be determined by the total length of spaces required to align the belt.
